Returns & Refunds Policy
At Not Just North, we create each item with intention and care. We want you to love your handcrafted piece and be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return:
- Items in original, unworn condition
- Items returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items with original packaging (preferred but not required)
Not Eligible for Return:
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email howdy@notjustnorth.com with your order number and return reason
- Confirmation: We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Return Shipping: Package the item securely and ship to the provided address (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer)
- Inspection: Once received, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets return conditions
- Refund Processing: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange eligible items. Simply follow the return process above and specify your desired replacement in your email.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email us at howdy@notjustnorth.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We'll promptly arrange a replacement or refund at our expense
Digital Downloads
Our digital downloads have different refund policies depending on how they're used:
Standard Digital Downloads
- Digital downloads that are simply downloaded and not used for printing are non-refundable once accessed
- If you experience technical difficulties accessing your download, please contact us within 7 days for assistance
Digital Downloads Used for Print-on-Demand Services
- If you use our digital downloads with printing services (like Printify, Printful, etc.) and experience quality issues:
- You may request a refund within 45 days of purchase
- Please provide proof of the printing quality issues (photos)
- You may keep the printed item (since it didn't come directly from us)
- We'll refund the cost of the digital download upon verification
We understand that print quality issues may not be apparent until you receive your printed item, which is why we extend the return window for these specific cases.
Custom Orders
Custom-created items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a significant defect in craftsmanship. Please refer to our Custom Creation Policy for details.
