About Not Just North
What does "Not Just North" mean? Our name reflects our philosophy that while we're all keeping our heads held high ("keeping north"), we're each traveling in our own unique directions through life. Not Just North celebrates that we all deserve to experience joy no matter which path we're on.
Is Not Just North an LGBTQ+ owned business? Yes! Not Just North is proudly LGBTQ+ owned. We're committed to creating items that celebrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
What organizations is Not Just North affiliated with? We're proud members of the Safe Space Alliance and the Open to All Coalition, supporting safe spaces for LGBTQI+ communities and promoting nondiscrimination.
Products & Materials
Are your items really handmade? Absolutely! Each item is handcrafted in our Indiana studio with care and intention. This means slight variations may occur, making each piece uniquely yours.
What materials do you use? We use high-quality materials sourced exclusively from LGBTQ+ friendly suppliers. We never use materials from companies with discriminatory practices (such as Hobby Lobby).
Do you offer custom creations? Yes! We love bringing your unique vision to life. Please see our Custom Creation Policy for details on the process, timeline, and pricing.
How do I care for my Not Just North items? Most jewelry items should be kept dry and stored in the teal velvet bag provided. Specific care instructions are included with each order.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order? Physical orders are processed within 1-7 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping (within the continental US).
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
What payment methods do you accept? We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa.
How are items packaged? Each physical item is lovingly packaged in a teal velvet organza bag with purple tissue paper and our signature "Thanks, Traveler" card.
Digital Downloads
How do I access my digital download? After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads from your account page on our website.
Can I print items using your digital downloads? Yes! Our digital downloads are designed to be printed either at home or through print-on-demand services like Printify or Printful.
